Course Content
Implementing Cisco TelePresence Solutions (ITS) v1.1 course is a four-day, instructor-led course that teaches the Cisco TelePresence architecture, components, functionality, features, and interoperability. It describes how to plan, design, implement, and troubleshoot a Cisco TelePresence video networking solution to deliver an immersive experience with low latency, jitter, and packet loss. To fully benefit from this course, it is recommended that you have the following prerequisite skills and knowledge prior to attending class: Interconnecting Networking Devices Part 1 (ICND1), Interconnecting Networking Devices Part 2 (ICND2), Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Voice over IP and QoS (CVOICE), Implementing Cisco Quality of Service (QoS), and Implementing Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CIPT1). An appendix was added for live classroom delivery: Cisco TelePresence Interoperation Using the MXE 5600 Video Gateway.
