The Cisco WebEx Site Administration and Tier-1 Support instructor-led course offered by High-Touch Delivery Learning Services will show you how to configure, manage, and support your Cisco WebEx® service site. You’ll learn everything from start to finish: scheduling and starting a meeting, conducting the session and use of in-meeting tools, sharing the webcam, recording, and following up with reports.
