The Cisco WebEx Mastery Program - Training Center course offered by High-Touch Delivery Learning Services is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on practice necessary to become accomplished, skilled, and confident using Cisco WebEx® Training Center. WebEx live instructors will guide you each step of the way through the learning experience. You will be introduced to Cisco WebEx Training Center, learn new skills, collaborate with other participants, and have your questions answered by a WebEx expert.

The course outline is as follows: œ Session 1: Program Orientation o Log in to your site o Plan and prepare to conduct online training sessions in a variety of formats o Use a range of WebEx Training Center tools to engage learners and boost effectiveness œ Session 2: Scheduling, Reporting, and Testing o Navigate the WebEx Training Center site o Schedule and edit training sessions o Invite participants to your sessions o Manage registration and reports o Create, administer, and score tests œ Session 3: Facilitating Online Training o Navigate in the WebEx Training Center window o Identify roles and assign privileges in a training session o Present in a training session and create and conduct polls œ Session 4: Extending the Classroom with Breakout Sessions o Preassign breakout sessions during scheduling o Create breakout sessions during your training o Start, join, and end breakout sessions o Share information inside and outside a breakout session œ Session 5: Using Hands-On Lab o Understand Hands-On Lab concepts o Practice scheduling and configuring Hands-On Lab
