Customer Satisfaction continues to be amongst the highest priorities of Cisco and a cornerstone of the Cisco Channel Partner Program. To this end, we have created Partner Access onLine (PAL) to provide you real-time, partner-customized access to Cisco best practice sharing.

PAL Announcements:

DOWNTIME - On June 26th, the PAL survey send capability will be unavailable 9pm PT til 12 midnight PT. This is due to new equipment installation at our 3rd party vendor (Walker).
SURVEY CLOSING - The FY09 survey will close on July 17, 2009 5pm PDT. Once the survey closes, you will no longer be able to access PAL to send out further invitations, nor will any responses for any outstanding survey invitations be captured. Please note that as of Saturday, Aug 1 9am PDT CSAT for FY10 begins.

Partners can now pre-select technologies delivered to end customers when sending Customer Satisfaction survey requests. Pre-selection of technologies is recommended for all partners participating in VIP.
