Net Impact: Public Sector

To answer these questions, Cisco Systems® sponsored Net Impact: Public Sector - From Connectivity to Productivity, a study of European public sector productivity conducted by Momentum Research Group.

Net Impact: Public Sector evaluated the behavior of local, regional, and national government offices, as well as a variety of public healthcare providers from eight European countries: France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Organizations that implemented the best practices identified in Net Impact: Public Sector experienced an average three to seven times greater improvement than their peers who did not.
