Cisco Security Intelligence Operations has detected significant activity on April 11, 2011.
Cisco Security Intelligence Operations has detected significant activity related to spam e-mail messages that contain an attachment that references an official letter. The e-mail message does not contain any message body or subject line. However, the message contains an .exe file in the .zip attachment that, when executed, attempts to infect the system with malicious code.
E-mail messages that are related to this threat (RuleID3330) may contain the following files:

The EX-1342 official bulletin.exe file has a file size of 13,824 bytes. The MD5 checksum, which is a unique identifier of the executable, is the following string: 0x7BA573DA84132F77D369AA6536AD76C6
