Oracle Java contains a vulnerability that could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to bypass security restrictions and execute arbitrary code on a targeted system.
The vulnerability is due to improper security restrictions imposed by the affected software. An unauthenticated, remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by convincing a user to visit a malicious web page or follow a malicious link. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to bypass Java sandbox security restrictions. An attacker could use this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the system.
