Version Summary:The Collaboration Partner Access Console of Cisco WebEx Business Suite contains a vulnerability that could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to conduct cross-site scripting attacks. Updates are not available.
 
 
Description
A vulnerability in the Collaboration Partner Access Console (CPAC) of Cisco WebEx Business Suite could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to conduct a cross-site scripting (XSS) attack.

The vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by convincing a user to click a crafted URL.

Cisco has confirmed the vulnerability in a security notice; however, software updates are not available.

Impact
An unauthenticated, remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary script or HTML code in the user's browser session in the security context of the affected site. This could allow the attacker to obtain sensitive browser-based information, such as authentication cookies and recently submitted data.

The vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of user-supplied input.

An unauthenticated, remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by convincing a user to click a crafted URL. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary script code in the context of the affected site and access sensitive browser-based information.
