Detects weak cipher offered in a server hello message. This can be the result of a man-in-the-middle attack attempting to downgrade encryption strength of the TLS channel, or may also indicate a connection that actually negotiated weak encryption.
There are no suggested filters.
Old servers may legitimately be attempting to use a weak cipher. These servers should be evaluated to see if they can be upgraded to stronger encryption.
